2008 INVEST IN AFRICA; BUILD AFRICA

This year’s conference has the theme – INVEST IN AFRICA; BUILD AFRICA – and our key aim is to continue to position Africa firmly as an investment destination for Africans in the Diaspora as well as for international investors.

• INVEST IN AFRICA – This theme is about attracting investment into our stock markets. Africa has over 20 active stock exchanges and we intend to promote them all. We will be seeking to involve stockbrokers, investment advisers, etc
• BUILD AFRICA – This theme is about attracting investment into our real estate. We will be seeking to involve developers, mortgage providers, real estate agents, property managers, etc

The 2008 INVEST IN AFRICA – BUILD AFRICA Exhibition will continue to focus on its key role of linking exhibitors with investors with a heart for Africa. The Exhibition will run from Friday 22nd to Saturday 23rd August 2008 at the Holiday Inn Hotel - Bloomsbury, Coram Street, London, WC1N 1HT.

• FRIDAY 22nd Aug – The official opening and conference programme will be held in the afternoon with a networking event in the evening
• SATURDAY 23rd Aug– All day exhibition and seminars programme. You will be able to interact directly with delegates. There will also be a social event in the evening.
• SUNDAY, 24th Aug – Delegates and exhibitors are free to arrange one-to-one meetings;
