The biggest marketers question, and what makes the difference between the succesful and others? How can one tell if a client is worth your time? I run a real estae advertising website called www.propertyunit.com. I do get a number of inquiries and there are these clients who appear to be genuine and reallylooking property but they turn out to be a waste of time. I wonder how one can tell a genuine client from a burger. Anyway i attended the realken and networking 4 professionals dinner at the laico regency and I must say it was all worth it. I made a couple of new contacts and really learnt a lot the maket in the diaspora. So I must say Kudos to Realken and N4P.

I think what you need is to appreciate that the rule of life - 80:20 comes to play. Unless you have greatly profiled and targeted your marketing, your calls will amount - at most - to 20% conversion rate.
